Manchester United signing Tyrell Malacia has said his farewell to Feyenoord.

Malacia signed for United yesterday and has said his goodbyes to Feyenoord this morning.

Speaking to Feyenoord TV, he said: "I already had that feeling last season.

"Only it couldn't be. Everything happens for a reason in the end and I chose to stay here. I then extended my contract and said to myself: 'We're just going to go full throttle for a year and develop myself'. And I certainly did. And now we are here.

"I think of course the home games with the supporters. I think I will miss that the most, and the way my name was always sung here. And the love I have always received from the fans and the people of Feyenoord.

"Crazy, very crazy. I've been walking around here since I was eight, so I think it's going to be really weird. I'm definitely going to miss it."
