Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo is resisting a move to Napoli.
Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes has sought to set up a switch to Napoli, where Ronaldo would arrive on a free transfer with United also agreeing to cover a healthy percentage of his wages.
However, Il Corriere dello Sport says Ronaldo is now pulling back from negotiations.
Ronaldo isn't convinced by Napoli's chances of progressing beyond their Champions League group this season.
The Portuguese, 37, also has hopes of Chelsea trying again for him before this week's transfer deadline.
