Manchester United Treble hero Henning Berg says manager Erik ten Hag can been pleased with this season.

However, he says the club's potential could be a headache for the Dutchman this summer.

He told BBC Sport: "Anthony has been better and better, it didn't look good the way his ankle turned. I will be surprised if he comes back soon. They don't have others who can play right wing to his level and they will miss him in the FA Cup final.

"It's been an interesting year for Ten Hag, coming to one of the biggest club and had a hard start. He turned it around and the players are good and he has a good team. They are not a championship winning team yet they still need to score a lot more goals and need more strikers. Overall, finishing in fourth position, winning the league cup, in the FA Cup final, they're in a good position.

"The ownership of the club is a big problem for everybody, the Glazers have not accepted any bids yet. How will that affect the recruitment in the summer? If they sell what will be the new owners philosophy? Maybe they cannot get the players they want.

"For United now to take the next step they need top quality players and they are not cheap."
