Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has missed selection with Argentina.
Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni has overlooked Garnacho for his latest squad call.
It appears Scaloni has gone with Benfica veteran Angel di Maria, 35, ahead of the 19 year-old Garnacho.
Di Maria has been superb for Benfica this season after arriving in the summer from Juventus.
The current holders host Uruguay on Friday before travelling to Brazil next Wednesday in this week's World Cup qualifiers.
