Jadon Sancho believes his form with Manchester United will see him return to the England squad.
The talented winger was left out by Gareth Southgate for the upcoming Nations League matches.
Sancho responded with a goal in Thursday's 2-1 win over Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League on Thursday.
Asked about the England snub, Sancho added: "That [the World Cup] is one of the targets, but it is unfortunate that I didn't get the call-up.
"But I have to keep focusing on myself and keep working hard, week in and week out. So that is what I am going to do."
