Midway through the clash after Talisca sent Al Nassr 3-1 ahead, Mane taunted Firmino by leaping on his back.
The Brazilian was unimpressed by Mane's actions and he quickly jogged away after realising it was Mane.
The result saw Al Nassr move ahead of Al Ahli in the Saudi Pro League on goal difference.
