Marcel Bout has confirmed he's joining Newcastle United.
The Dutchman was previously the chief global scout for Manchester United.
And he has confirmed he is now joining the Newcastle scouting team.
Bout told AD: "I have recently come into contact with Newcastle. The steady expansion of the club appeals to me. I'm also happy to be back in England and at Champions League level."
Bout is expected to work his Holland base.
