Marcelino is leaving Olympique Marseille.
The former Valencia and Athletic Bilbao coach has decided to leave OM despite only taking the job this summer.
L'Equipe says Marcelino was to tell his players today at training that he would be leaving.
The Spaniard will leave in the next 48 hours, with OM sporting director Jean-Pierre Papin to take charge for Thursday's Europa League tie with Ajax.
Marcelino has coached OM in seven official matches after replacing Igor Tudor last June.
