MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. arrived at Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City to deliver his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday.
Despite the rainy weather, Marcos arrived by presidential chopper at 3:38 p.m.
Marcos was welcomed by Speaker Faustino Dy III and Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian.
