
KUNAK: The Sabah Marine Police (PPM) Region 4, with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), seized 23.9 metric tonnes of crude palm oil (CPO) and several vehicles worth RM1.15 million in a joint operation on Monday.
Commander ACP Mohd Nazri Ibrahim said two local men, aged 25 and 38, were arrested, and the case is being investigated under MPOB regulations.
“We remain committed to combating palm oil smuggling and diversion, and urge the public to share information on such crimes,” he said.
