TAWAU: The Marine Police Force (PPM) seized diesel worth RM1.165 million in a raid on a warehouse in Jalan Sin San, Pasir Putih on Friday.
PPM Region 4 Sabah Commander ACP Ahmad Amri Abd Rahman said over 30,000 litres of diesel were found following surveillance on a suspicious 21-tonne lorry entering the premises.
The raid uncovered three lorries, portable tanks and drums believed used for illegal fuel transfer.
One local man was arrested to assist investigations under the Control of Supplies Act 1961.
