Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch says victory at Liverpool was deserved.
Leeds won 2-1 thanks to a dramatic late winner from Crysencio Summerville.
Marsch said: "I think it was three points that are deserved. Obviously there's a brief celebration [after the second goal], but then it was about thinking about the changes we needed to preserve the win.
"We have stuck together. We haven't always been perfect. We believe in what we're doing and we've tried to stick to the plan and rise more to the challenge. I think today we saw that.
"Today we increased the moments where we were focused and decreased the moments were we were vulnerable and focused.
"I thought in the first half we were quite good. After we conceded the goal we stuck with the match plan. We were a little bit unlucky not to find the second or third goal in the first half.
"We haven't wavered. In this day and age it's hard to create an isolated environment in football, especially in the Premier League. Everyone's got an opinion on everything that happens. I've just tried to stick to my beliefs. That's what a leader does, especially when it's tough."
