KOTA KINABALU: Gagasan Rakyat Deputy Chairman Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun has called on Sabahans to cultivate mental independence alongside physical autonomy in shaping the State’s future.
He said lasting progress hinges on developing a mindset anchored in Sabah’s own values and priorities.
Quoting the State anthem, he explained that "merdeka sepanjang masa" means having the courage to lead based on local needs rather than outside influence.
