Matias Vecino is delighted with his move to Lazio.
The former Inter Milan midfielder made the switch this week.
Vecino said, "The impact was very good. I hadn't played with any of them but I knew them. It was great.
"(Maurizio) Sarri knows me well, we worked years ago, he knows what my characteristics are. I come to help, I make myself available, then the coach will choose the moment and the matches in which to let me play.
"The teammates are very strong, I know where I arrived and yes, I think it's in destiny.
"Other times we have come close, but nothing has ever materialized."
