Former Napoli midfielder Massimo Mauro believes they could be in trouble against AC Milan in the Champions League.
Napoli and Milan are to meet in the quarterfinals in an all Serie A showdown.
Mauro told Mediaset: "We must always remember that Napoli had a crazy championship, they were unplayable.
"Now count the Champions, it has an extraordinary opportunity. The last two matches bring the match against Milan to 50-50, otherwise they would have been the absolute favourite, but it's already excellent to play for the possibility of reaching the semifinals.
"(Victor) Osimhen? I trust the collective of the Napoli was more important than any individual. Even with Milan, I focus on the team."
