Kota Kinabalu: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) President Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili is ready to relinquish his presidential post in the party and cut his term short.
With about two and a half years left in the term, Dr Maximus said he had offered to cut it shorter to 18 months in the party’s last Supreme Council meeting.
However, the members said that he should instead “take it step by step”.
