Maxis today announced a fresh set of postpaid plans offering 5G data. This comes just after Maxis signed the 5G access agreement with Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB).
With that, Minister of Communications and Digital Fahmi Fadzil has confirmed on his official Facebook profile that all major telcos in Malaysia now provide 5G services.
Maxis’ new 5G plans starts at RM79/month with 80GB of 4G/5G data, with bonus 40GB of 5G data only. It maxes out at RM199/month, offering 200GB of 4G/5G data with the addition of 100GB of 5G data only.
Here are all the newly announced 5G postpaid plans from Maxis:

All plans listed above come with unlimited calls and SMS. For Maxis Postpaid 109 onwards, you have the option to add on a share line at RM48/month, though the quota varies for each plan.
All 5G postpaid plans are eligible for unlimited 5G data roaming, which will cost RM29/day.
