Beyond the spotlight, the biggest achievement of Megan Fox likely lies in the remarkable way she raises her kids. As this Hollywood star by day and super mommy by night prepares to welcome her fourth little star, this time with rapper beau Machine Gun Kelly, fans can’t help but admire her ever-growing family.
From her decade-long relationship (2010-2020) with actor Brian Austin Green to her whirlwind romance with MGK, Fox’s family has grown and evolved in the public eye. With three adorable kids — Noah, Bodhi and Journey — already in tow, the Rogue (2020) actor is no stranger to motherhood.
In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the kids of Megan Fox in chronological order, exploring their unique personalities, milestones, and the special bond they share with their mom.

Noah Shannon Green

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green became parents for the first time together when they welcomed their son on 27 September 2012. Noah is Fox’s first child and Green’s second. The Beverly Hills, 90210 actor has a son named Kassius Lijah Marcil-Green, 21, from his previous relationship with actor Vanessa Marcil.
Fox shared the news of Noah’s arrival on Facebook, expressing her desire to announce it herself before anyone else could. She wrote, “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.”
Over the years, the Transformers (2007) actor has aimed to give Noah a gender-neutral upbringing and supported him in embracing his interests. Fox has openly discussed Noah’s interest in fashion and his choice to wear dresses, which started around the age of 2. “Sometimes he’ll dress himself and likes to wear dresses sometimes” Fox mentioned during an appearance on the American chat show The Talk in September 2019.
Despite attending a progressive school in California, he still faces comments from other boys about his clothing choices. “I send him to a really liberal, hippy school, but even there — here in California — he still has little boys going like, ‘Boys don’t wear dresses,’ or ‘Boys don’t wear pink,’” she shared.
To help Noah deal with any bullying and build his confidence, Fox reads him books that promote self-expression. “Some of the books are just about how you can be a boy and wear a dress; you can express yourself through your clothing however you want. And that doesn’t even have to have anything to do with your sexuality,” she said in a 2022 interview with Glamour UK.
Noah’s passion for fashion goes beyond just wearing clothes; he also enjoys designing and drawing outfits. Fox praised his talent, noting that he often helps her choose outfits during fittings.
In addition to fashion, Noah has a deep love for music. Fox proudly shared that he is an incredible pianist, capable of learning complex pieces like Mozart’s concerto in just an hour. In a previous interview with People magazine, she talked about her belief that her children are meant to be themselves, stating, “They were born to be who they are, and it’s my job to support that process, not to get involved and micromanage and mould them into what I think they should be.”
Bodhi Ransom Green

In August 2013, Megan Fox shared the exciting news that she was expecting her second child with Brian Austin Green, and on 12 February 2014, they welcomed Bodhi Ransom into the world.
The name Bodhi holds a significant meaning for the Till Death (2021) actor, as it comes from Sanskrit and means “enlightenment” in Buddhism. Fox explained on the TBS show Conan back in 2014 that Bodhi represents the moment when Buddha achieved enlightenment while sitting under the Bodhi tree, reaching nirvana.
She also playfully admitted that Patrick Swayze’s character from Point Break (1991) had a hand in the name choice, calling the film “the greatest movie of all time.”
As for Bodhi’s middle name, she mentioned it has a spiritual significance for her as it means “being saved”. It’s also a nod to her great-grandfather.
When Bodhi was just 20 months old, the actor shared an adorable close-up of him, showcasing his striking blue eyes and long lashes, calling him her mini-me. She captioned the now-deleted photo, “Bodhi: Stunner. Clown. Unicorn,” while he sported a Nirvana T-shirt.
In her SI Swimsuit interview, Fox referred to Bodhi as her “little bro,” highlighting his honesty and good nature and calling him “the classic middle child where there’s no room to be bad.”
Journey River Green

Megan Fox’s third son with Brian Austin Green is Journey, who was born on 4 August 2016, just two years after his brother Bodhi.
The news of Journey’s arrival came after a rough patch for the couple, as Fox had filed for divorce in 2015. Even though they were separated, they were spotted together with their kids multiple times, making fans wonder if they were really done for good. A few months later, they announced they had gotten back together and were expecting another kid.
“I feel great. I love being pregnant,” Fox shared with Extra back in 2016. “I feel so productive creating a human person that I’m so excited to meet because I know that I have such a spiritual connection to them, so I can’t wait to meet this new member of my family.”
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) alum has made a conscious effort to keep Journey out of the limelight, aiming to shield him and her other kids from too much public attention.
“I knew that when they were very young that I wanted to try to protect them however I could and a lot of that had to do with limiting their exposure to the internet. So far, we’ve done a pretty good job and maintain their innocence in a lot of ways, but I know I can’t protect them forever.” Fox told Glamour UK.
In her SI Swimsuit interview, Fox described Journey as “naughty and mischievous,” but also “charming and so so cute.”
While Journey is Fox and Green’s third kid together, the latter welcomed a fifth son, Zane Walker, with his now-fiancée, famous ballroom dancer, Sharna Burgess. However, Fox and Green continue to co-parent their three sons.
Baby No. 4: Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s first baby

Megan Fox shared the exciting news of her pregnancy with her rainbow baby in November 2024.
Fox and the “Rap Devil” singer announced they’re expecting a little one together in November 2024. “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back ❤️,” Fox captioned the Instagram post, showing off her baby bump, which was playfully covered in what looked like black paint. The quote comes from MGK’s song, “Last November,” reflecting on her miscarriage in 2023.
The couple started dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass (2021). Interestingly, Fox was still married to Austin Green at that time.
However, right from the start the Hollywood sweethearts have been pretty open about their relationship, and MGK proposed to Fox in early 2022.
The couple got engaged in January 2022 but by February 2023, rumours started doing the rounds that they had called off their engagement. However, reportedly, the two were working on their relationship through couples therapy, and by April 2023, they seemed to be back on track, enjoying a romantic getaway in Hawaii.
Besides this baby, Machine Gun Kelly has a daughter Casie Colson Baker from a previous relationship. Colson was born on 24 July 2009, to Kelly and his now-ex Emma Cannon.
Now, with the news of their first child together, it seems all’s well between the couple and they are looking forward to building the Fox-Kelly family together.
