Meghan Trainor has released a new single, “Get In Girl,” through Epic Records, ahead of her seventh full-length album, “Toy With Me,” scheduled for release on April 24.

Described by Trainor as a song about self-worth, Get In Girl centers on moving on from unsatisfying relationships.

“This song is for everyone who finally realized they deserve more,” she said. “Sometimes you just need a song that reminds you that love shouldn’t feel exhausting, and that leaving is okay and might be the most powerful thing you can do.”

The single follows “Still Don’t Care,” which was released late last year as the first track from Toy With Me. Trainor said the earlier song encourages listeners to stop worrying about judgment and to celebrate themselves. Its music video features the singer dancing across Los Angeles locations, including The Grove and Rodeo Drive, and appearing on a celebrity sightseeing shuttle.

After the album’s release, Trainor is set to mount “The Get In Girl Tour,” produced by Live Nation. The tour begins in June 2026 and includes stops at venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York City and Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Get In Girl is now available on digital music platforms.
