
MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila mall operators have announced adjusted operating hours for the 2026 Holy Week, with most establishments scheduled to close on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
Normal operations were largely in effect from Holy Monday, March 30, through Holy Wednesday, April 1. While the majority of shopping centers will shut their doors on April 2 and 3, select locations and essential services like supermarkets will remain accessible to the public.
Below is a guide to the adjusted schedules for major mall chains in the metro:
SM Supermalls The country's largest mall chain will close most of its Metro Manila branches on Maundy Thursday (April 2) and Good Friday (April 3).
SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, and SM City Manila: Closed April 2-3; open April 4-5 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m..
SM Aura Premier: Closed April 2-3, though the supermarket will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. It reopens for regular hours on April 4.
The Podium: Closed April 2-3; open April 4-5 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m..
Ayala Malls Most Ayala Malls in the capital will observe closures on April 2 and 3, resuming operations on Black Saturday, April 4.
Glorietta, Greenbelt, One Ayala, and Trinoma: Closed April 2-3; open April 4-5. Glorietta and One Ayala will operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekend, while Greenbelt opens at 11 a.m..
Ayala Malls U.P. Town Center and Shops at Serendra: Open on Maundy Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., but closed on Good Friday.

Robinsons Malls Robinsons properties in Metro Manila will generally be closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, with supermarkets offering limited access.

The supermarket at Robinsons Manila will remain open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the closures.
