West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini insists midfielder Declan Rice is fully committed to the cause.
Rice has been linked with their next opponents Manchester United.
"It is important that he continues with what he is doing so far," Pellegrini said.
"He always listens, improves when he makes mistakes.
"His value will depend what happens this season but his mind is not thinking about that."
