MANILA, Philippines — Musician and local official Michael Pacquiao began 2026 by debuting a transformed appearance which trended on social media.
The second eldest son of boxing legend Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and former Sarangani Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao showed a noticeable change in his facial features, specifically his nose.
On Saturday, Pacquiao shared a selfie on his official Instagram account. While the post did not include a caption addressing the change, the clear difference led many followers to speculate that the 24-year-old recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure.
Aside from his new look, Pacquiao remains active in his dual roles in public service and the arts. He currently serves as a city councilor in General Santos City, following in the political footsteps of his parents.
His music career also continues to gain momentum. In November 2025, he released his latest single, "Kung Aamin Ako," following the success of his previous hits "Only You" and the viral "Pac-Man" collaboration with Michael Bars in 2020.
Pacquiao is currently in a relationship with celebrity stylist and entrepreneur Joyce Tan Custodio. He is one of five siblings, including Emmanuel "Jimuel" Jr., Mary Divine Grace, Queenie Elizabeth, and Israel.
