The MINI Countryman S ALL4 Desert Night Edition is now available in Malaysia from RM 267,333, limited to 48 units with Level 2 driver assistance.
MINI MALAYSIA has introduced the Countryman S ALL4 Desert Night Edition, a limited-run version of its all-wheel-drive SUV priced from RM 267,333. Just 48 units will be offered nationwide, comprising 30 units finished in Smokey Green and 18 in Slate Blue. The Desert Night Edition costs RM277,733 with the optional Extended Warranty and Service Package.
Compared to the regular Countryman S ALL4, which starts from RM 258,888, the special edition carries a premium of RM8,445.
The Desert Night Edition receives a series of model-specific exterior details, including Desert Night graphics on the C- and D-pillars, front bumper accents, hub caps and matching valve caps.
Inside, the theme continues with a Desert Night steering wheel badge, floor mat detailing and a matching key cap.
More significantly, MINI Driving Assistant Plus and Active Cruise Control are fitted as standard. This is the first time Active Cruise Control is offered as standard on the Countryman in Malaysia, which gives it Level 2 semi-autonomous driving capability.
Under the bonnet is the same 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine as the regular Countryman S ALL4, producing 204hp and 300Nm. Power is sent through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission to MINI’s ALL4 all-wheel-drive system. The Countryman S ALL4 accelerates from zero to 100km/h in 7.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 228km/h.
Customers who secure a booking by Oct 4 will receive an RM 12,000 Early Bird cash rebate. Those financing the vehicle through the MINI Easy Drive Financing Plan will receive an additional RM 10,000 in financing support, bringing the total potential benefit to RM22,000.
The MINI Countryman S ALL4 Desert Night Edition is covered by a standard two-year warranty, while the optional MINI Service & Repair Inclusive package extends coverage to four years with unlimited mileage and includes four years or 60,000km of scheduled servicing.
