
KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (Miti) has completed its internal review regarding the alleged involvement of Current Media Group (CMG) in the conceptual development of the Malaysian Pavilion for Expo 2025 Osaka.
In a statement today, the ministry said that consistent with its commitment to good governance and procedural fairness, Miti, under the guidance of its Secretary-General, will initiate direct engagement with CMG to further deliberate on the matter.
“The ministry regards this issue with utmost seriousness and reaffirms its dedication to maintaining transparency, fostering constructive dialogue, and pursuing a resolution anchored in good faith,” it said, adding that any engagement that it undertakes will be in full compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
