
Kota Kinabalu: A 38-year-old unemployed man, who was charged with committing physical sexual offences against a seven-year-old girl will have his case re-mentioned on March 28.
Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan fixed the date in Jaiman Keminlian’s case for document submission.
Jaiman’s case came up for case management on Thursday.
Jaiman was accused of committing the offence against the minor by touching her body in a house at Likas on Jan 16.

Unrepresented, Jaiman was ordered to be further remanded as no bail was offered to him.

The charge under Section 45A(1) of the Road Transport (Amendment) Act 2020, provides for a jail term of up to two years and fine between RM10,000 and RM30,000, and lost qualification from holding or getting a driving licence for not less than two years from the date of conviction.
The court also ordered Cylester to be disqualified from holding a driving licence for two years.
