A rocket was intercepted behind ITV News journalists as they were discussing the US-Israeli operation in Iran on Tuesday (3 March) night.

Presenter Julie Etchingham and International Editor Emma Murphy were reporting from Iraq, on the border with Iran, when a bright glow could be seen behind them in the skyline.

Ms Etchingham looked visibly anxious as she stared out at the night sky, before Ms Murphy noticed her distracted colleague and explained that they had just heard an interceptor going off behind them.

The broadcast then continued.
