AS Monaco defender Axel Disasi is in London today.
The Daily Express says the France international is scheduled to undergo a Chelsea medical.
Disasi saw a 45m offer from Chelsea accepted by Monaco last week.
A deal is now set to be wrapped up once he passes his medical in London.
Disasi's arrival is expected to cover the absence of knee injury victim Wesley Fofana, with Trevoh Chalobah set to be sold this month.
