Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is happy seeing the team being revived under coach Simone Inzaghi.
Inter have won the last three Serie A games and qualified for the Champions League Round of 16 for the second season in a row.
“The victory against Fiorentina was crucial for the title race," said Moratti.
“Hopefully, they will go all the way through. I see a scary Napoli and an in-form Milan, gaining results consistently and with an excellent team."
Moratti was also asked about rumours of owners Suning seeking to sell the club.
He added, “Every change brings a shock and Suning's stay would guarantee continuity."
