Morocco coach Walid Regragui admits the fitness issues around Manchester United midfielder Sofyan Amrabat is a concern.
Amrabat joined Morocco for international week, but failed to appear for both scheduled games.
Instead, he is now returning to Manchester carrying a knock, which has placed his status for United's clash with Sheffield United in doubt.
Regragui concedes the issues are becoming a problem for his team planning.
"Sooner or later Amrabat can also get injured and it happened," he said. "Now we have to start preparing alternative solutions."
Amrabat is on-loan at United for the season from Fiorentina.
