Morocco coach Walid Regragui was at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday.
Regragui saw Real Madrid defeat Real Sociedad with his eye on the hosts' midfielder Brahim Diaz.
Morocco are making a move for the former Spain U21 star and it wasn't a wasted trip for Regragui with Brahim making a late substitute's appearance.
Last month, Regragui confirmed: "Obviously we are interested in Brahim.
"However, there are many aspects to these cases, and they are not easy to resolve. One of them is the African Cup in January, which does not help us."
