Motac to get more allocations for cultural programmes next year

Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry (Motac) will be focusing on obtaining more allocations for cultural programmes next year.

Deputy Minister Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan said the additional allocation would help creates a Madani community that understands our culture and traditions.

Hence, he said it is vital for more non-governmental organisations

(NGOs) and related industry players to be involved in the government’s tourism and culture programmes.
