The mother of Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo insists a Ronaldo will return to Sporting CP.
Ronaldo has been linked with his old club this season.
But even if Cristiano doesn't eventually make the move, mum Dolores Aveiro has an alternative plan: "It did not happen this year, let's see if it will be next. God willing.
"If Ronaldo does not come, his son, Cristianinho, will come. I promise.
"He is his successor. If the wishes of a mother and a grandmother are fulfilled, the near future of one of her children will be at Sporting."
Like Ronaldo, son Cristianinho is also on the books at United.
