Lawyer Aiman Haziq Saiful Kamal said his client, Ummu Haiman Bee Daulatgun, 46, received the autopsy and first medical report on December 30, 2025.
“The reports were received from the prosecution and also from the Bukit Tinggi Hospital, Johor,” he said during the case mention.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Parvin Hameedah Natchiar, representing the prosecution, did not object to the withdrawal application.
Syamsul Haris, a 22-year-old UTM PALAPES trainee, died at Kota Tinggi Hospital on July 28, 2025.
