Port Dickson District Police Chief, Superintendent Aidi Sham Mohamed, has confirmed that the motorcyclist involved in this shocking incident has been apprehended. The suspect now faces charges under Section 353 of the Penal Code for using criminal force to deter a public servant.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect has a troubling history, with eight records related to criminal and drug-related cases. As a result of his actions, the suspect will be brought before the Port Dickson Court for the remand process.
