
Kota Kinabalu: A motorcyclist died after his Yamaha collided with a Mitsubishi Triton at a traffic light junction near Puspakom along Jalan Lintas-Kolombong, Tuesday.
The 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics at about 6.10am.
Investigations showed the Triton was driven by a 64-year-old man who was heading towards Kota Marudu from Iramanis at about 5.46am.
When the driver came to a halt at the traffic light intersection as the lights turned red, the motorcycle slammed into the rear.
