Mason Mount took part in Chelsea's lap of honour on Sunday amid talk of a summer departure.

The midfielder missed the 1-1 draw with Newcastle, but was on the pitch as players thanked fans after the final whistle.

It's claimed Mount appeared emotional as teammates and departing caretaker manager Frank Lampard sought him out.

Ben Chilwill also gave Mount a hug as they made their way around the pitch.

The academy graduate is expected to be sold this summer with Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool all keen.
