KUALA PENYU: Kampung Purun Hulu residents want the Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) contractor to move the electricity poles near the ditch as they could pose a problem when upgrading the road.
A resident, Juri Edoh said Wednesday that for any development to be carried out the poles would be a problem.
“I don’t agree with the light poles being placed there because if the government wants to repair the road it could be an impediment to progress and infrastructural development,” he said.
