SANDAKAN: Libaran MP Datuk Suhaimi Nasir has called on the management of Taman Permata to urgently resolve the ongoing water supply disruption that has persisted for more than 10 days and over 4,000 residents.

He described the situation as critical and deeply concerning, particularly as it also impacts the families of naval personnel currently deployed at sea, whose wives and children are left to cope without access to clean water.

“This is a truly heartbreaking situation. Today, we are here with Elopura assemblyman Calvin Chong and Sungai Manila assemblyman Datuk Mokran Ingkat to address the issue on the ground. I urge the housing management to resolve this matter within 48 hours,” he said.
