Everton remain in talks to secure more investment for the team.

The Toffees are hoping to avoid relegation under new manager Sean Dyche.

However, the financial situation at the club is still not improved, and may yet lead to the team being sold.

The Liverpool Echo states that owner Farhad Moshiri is looking for outside investment.

The owner has been engaging in talks with New York-based sports investment fund MSP Sports Capital.

The Mirror adds that MSP may take a 25 percent stake in the team in exchange for 105 million.
