Musical adaptation of hit romance novel to move to West End

  • The musical adaptation of David Nicholls' bestselling novel, One Day, is set to transfer to London's West End later this year.
  • One Day – The Musical will open at the Garrick Theatre in November, following its successful world premiere at the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh.
  • Jamie Muscato and Sharon Rose are set to reprise their roles as the beloved characters Dex and Em.
  • The production features a creative team including writer David Greig, music and lyrics by Abner and Amanda, and direction by Tony and Olivier award nominee Max Webster.
  • Producer Melting Pot said of the show: “As Em and Dex’s lives intertwine through joy and heartbreak, missed opportunities and second chances, they navigate love, ambition, and the unpredictable twists of life.”
