- Despite extensive investigations, including checks with other police forces, Interpol, and DNA records, his identity remains unknown.
- He is described as being between 30 and 60 years old, approximately 6ft tall, weighing 202-220lb, and of white European descent, with no distinguishing marks.
- Police are appealing to the public for any information that could help identify him or anyone who visited the reservoir between July and October 2024.
