A Perodua Myvi crashed into the glass entrance of a university cafeteria in Ipoh this afternoon (Oct 7) after the driver allegedly mistook the accelerator for the brake.

The incident occurred at around 3.37pm inside the campus of a private university in Ipoh, Perak.

No injuries were reported

According to China Press, the 19-year-old female student was attempting to park the car when she suddenly lost control, causing the vehicle to surge forward and smash into the cafeteria located on the ground floor of the teaching block.
