Arsenal have sacked the head of their youth scouting setup, Steve Morrow.
The former Gunners defender, who helped them win the 1993 League Cup, was informed that his services are no longer needed.
The Daily Mail says up to eight people within the youth scouting setup are being moved on.
The Gunners want to shake up the department, with Per Mertesacker heading it up.
They want to ensure they are identifying and signing the best youth prospects in England and around Europe.
