Barcelona striker Antoine Griezmann was jeered and booed during his return to Atletico Madrid last night.
While he left the stadium on the winning team, it was made clear to Griezmann that the home support were angry with the way he left them over the summer.
Chants of "Griezmann, murete (Griezmann, die)" could be heard inside and outside the stadium before, during and after the game, which was won 1-0 by the visitors courtesy of Leo Messi's late winner.
Griezmann's plaque on the Walk of Fame was also vandalised before kickoff.
