The agent of Julian Nagelsmann has slammed Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly.
The sacked Bayern Munich coach held talks with Chelsea about the manager's job, but eventually pulled out of the running after learning that he was one of several candidates being considered. Mauricio Pochettino is now set to take charge at Stamford Bridge.
Agent Volker Struth told Bild: I can confirm that Chelsea were quick to call [after Nagelsmann's Bayern exit]. There were some phone conversations.
It was the right decision not to go there. It's a club in troubled waters at the moment.
And their transfer policy, spending a few hundred million euros, has raised expectations that need to be met. There were also some other issues.
