American businessman Jahm Najafi is set to make an offer to buy Tottenham.
The London side are the latest Premier League club to be the subject of a takeover bid.
Manchester United are presently in the process of receiving bids, while Liverpool are up for sale by Fenway Sports Group.
Per the Daily Mail, the offer from Najafi for Spurs is around 3.1 billion.
However, the businessman may have to up his terms, as Spurs' billionaire owner Joe Lewis values the club as high as 4.5 billion.
Chairman Daniel Levy has been talking with potential buyers over the past few months.
While there is no rush from Spurs to sell, they would be happy to pass the club on to a worthy successor to Lewis.
