I observed Namo Garden Cyberjaya caters to a diverse crowd. The primary customer groups patronizing this restaurant include, young adults, university students, local residents & their families and tourists from the Middle East. They utilize the open-air rooftop as a casual social lounge to drink traditional mint tea, chat, enjoy shisha, and wind down. Shisha culture is a central pillar of the restaurant's late-night lounge identity, due to its excellent ventilation.
