Radja Nainggolan says his time at AS Roma came to an end due to a personality clash.
Nainggolan was bombed out of Roma by then sporting director Monchi, now in charge of Aston Villa.
He recalled: "Why did Monchi throw me out? I never had problems with the locker room, but Monchi's objective was to play with his players and expel Sabatini's players," referring to Walter Sabatini.
Nainggolan has just left SPAL and added: "I still have many ideas and objectives. I rejected offers from Serie C.
"Taking into account the level of Serie B, I still have a lot to give."
