Napoli attacker Giacomo Raspadori says coach Rudi Garcia's arrival has been smooth.
Garcia has taken charge of the Serie A champions after Luciano Spalletti stepped down at the end of last season.
Raspadori told Il Mattino: "I see many similar things. In managing the group, for example, which is an aspect that matters a lot and where everyone are masters. Spalletti and Garcia have the desire to play proactive football where you have to get to the result through play. And it's something we all like."
On Spalletti's departure, he also said: "Exactly when he told everyone. He came and told us his decision. Not a moment before. Surprised? Yes. Because it had been a great journey and because in football changes often happen when things go wrong.
"But he has made his decision, in football and in life there are no right or wrong things."
