Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli insists there's no doubting Khvicha Kvaratskhelia commitment.
It's been suggested the Georgia is attracting major interest from abroad.
Giuntoli said: We don't need to do anything right now, as there is a long contract. We are relaxed, there is a good rapport with the player and his agents.
"We need to focus right now on the daily grind of playing games and getting results."
He added: We hope there will be no more setbacks, we are still angry at going out of the Coppa Italia, but we go forward and look to the future with optimism."
